Job summary

THX Infinity Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Paid Advertising Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will monitor budgets, bid strategies, and traffic quality daily to drive CPA, CPI, CPS, ROAS, and ROI targets.

You will run rigorous A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and placements, scale successful campaigns, and provide data-driven recommendations. The role requires independence, strong numbers sense, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Media Buying, Performance Marketing, User Acquisition, or Digital Advertising
• Hands-on experience in managing paid traffic and performance-driven advertising campaigns
• Experience with CPA / CPI / CPS campaign models and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of campaign performance, scaling strategies, budget allocation, and ROI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify performance issues and take corrective actions
• Familiarity with major advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, or other paid media platforms
• Able to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet performance targets
• Strong sense of numbers, performance, and commercial results
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Manage and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as CPA, CPI, CPS, ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CVR
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and traffic quality on a daily basis
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, offers, placements, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies to improve acquisition efficiency and profitability
• Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining target CPA / CPI / CPS and ROI
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Work closely with the creative, content, product, and analytics teams to improve campaign performance
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and post-campaign analysis
