PRISM+ in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid channel engine across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms. You will manage a multi-million RM annual budget, optimize for MER and contribution margin, and drive incremental growth across TVs, appliances, and smart home categories.

You will collaborate with Creative to build a rapid testing cadence, run structured experiments, and deliver clear reporting via GA4, Shopify, and Salesforce.

Formación

• 4–7+ years in performance marketing, preferably DTC or eCommerce.
• Managed >$1M annual ad spend hands-on.
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads (Advantage+, creative testing) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX).

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale PRISM+’s paid channels revenue and efficiency.
• Architect and run full-funnel campaigns across Meta and Google; explore new channels.
• Partner with Creative to build a high-volume testing engine and clear briefs.
• Own performance reporting across Meta, Google, GA4, Shopify/Salesforce.
• Lead 1–2 performance marketers and establish weekly operating rhythms.
