Job summary

ShopBack Group in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Online Paid Media leader to drive acquisition, retention and branding for the North America market. You will work with local and regional teams to coordinate campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and programmatic channels, while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and impact.

The role requires 7+ years in online paid media, a business or marketing degree, and a proven ability to scale growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in online paid media for APP and Web products.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience.
• Proven track record of driving growth with marketing efficiency in North America market.
• Proficient in managing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across markets and cultures.
• Proficient in marketing tools including GA, GSC, and Branch.io/Appsflyer.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Growth hacking mentality and holistic view of marketing strategy.
• Self-starter with independent problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage and own the performance of all relevant online marketing channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic channels.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams to deliver localized strategy: campaign and media planning, and creative development.
• Analyze online paid media campaigns and product data to derive actionable insights for optimization.
• Responsible for budget planning and execution, aimed at maximizing marketing effectiveness. Growth hacking through constant testing to discover new marketing opportunities.
