Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing and digital advertising experience.
• Proven success managing Meta Ads; Google, TikTok, Shopee and Lazada campaigns preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Experience with tracking pixels, UTM, and Conversion API is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, optimize, and scale ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, tracking, and platform integrations.
• Monitor ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPA, CPM, CVR, AOV, and conversions.
• Analyze funnel from Reach → Click → Add to Cart → Purchase and adjust budgets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Designers and partners to meet timelines.
• Implement tracking via pixels, Conversion API, and UTM links.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights.
• Forecast performance based on historical data and trends.
• Identify gaps and propose optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with external partners to ensure campaign deliverables.
