Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, sourcing, selection and onboarding. You will support HR business partnering by providing practical HR advice on manpower, performance, development and organisational matters.

Drive employee engagement and company culture through engagement activities, internal communications and employee experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with exposure to BP, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, L&D, and HR Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to work with department heads, business unit leaders, site/operations managers and employees at all levels.
• Knowledge of Malaysian employment practices; ER/IR experience advantageous.
• Experience in foreign worker management is a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on and independent with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning.
• Provide practical HR advice on manpower, performance, employee development and organisational matters.
• Drive employee engagement and company culture through engagement activities and internal communications.
• Support talent development and succession planning, including career development and internal mobility initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development programmes, including training needs analysis and programme coordination.
• Handle employee and industrial relations matters in line with policies and employment legislation.
• Provide HR operations support across multiple sites, including site visits and HR processes.
