Job summary

FrieslandCampina Service Centre Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd is seeking a People Services Officer for a 6‑month contract in Petaling Jaya. You will process HR requests, onboard new hires, and maintain HR system data while collaborating across HR teams and locations.

The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and 2–3 years in HR support or customer service, with strong data management and multi‑tasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 2–3 years of experience in first‑line customer service or HR support, preferably within an HR environment.
• Strong administrative and data management skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Processing service requests on hours, declarations, workforce administration, contracting, onboarding, learning administration and total rewards.
• Keeping knowledge in HR tools up to date and connecting data from HR systems.
• Optimal collaboration with other teams within and outside HR.
• Handling complex changes with standard deviations in HR and time registration systems.
• Carrying out checks using the 4-eye principle and processing corrections retroactively.
• Coordinating annual plans with locations, including scheduling matters and training plans; handling shared invoicing regarding HR interventions.
• Generating overviews/reports and performing additional checks on processed changes/data.
• Signaling deviations with improvement proposals and maintaining data for KPIs.
• Carrying out HR projects and ensuring processes and work instructions stay current.
