Job summary

Intuitive Malaysia is seeking a People Services Specialist to provide timely HR operations support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, new hire orientation, data management, and policy guidance.

As a member of the People Services team, you will ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, manage HR cases, maintain data integrity in HR systems, and collaborate with HR business leaders to deliver efficient service and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 5+ years of HR Operations experience in international environments.
• Familiar with HR ERP systems (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Experience in fast-paced technology companies and global environments.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal English; local language skills where required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
• Deliver HR case management and guidance on policies and programs.
• Manage onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
• Support transfers, promotions, organizational changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee data in HR systems and generate standard reports.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment regulations and data privacy.
