Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to HRIS is preferred; experience with SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (SuccessFactors).
• Process lifecycle transactions: hires, transfers, promotions, compensation changes, terminations.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and local labor laws.
• Support HR audits and maintain proper documentation and retention practices.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and system setup with stakeholders.
• Provide first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and managers.
• Escalate complex employee relations matters to HR leaders when needed.
• Participate in HR and AI-related initiatives to improve experience and efficiency.
