FrieslandCampina group in Kuala Lumpur seeks a People Services Officer Tier 1 to deliver 1st line HR support and handle site HR operations, from employee data to case management, while safeguarding confidentiality.

You will work with HR leaders, manage admin, events, onboarding, facilities liaison, and travel support, in a hybrid Malaysia-based environment, collaborating across teams to uphold our global HR blueprint.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Hospitality or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Office Admin or HR Admin, or HR Operations.
• Experience in managing team engagement events.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st line HR support to employees and managers.
• Handle HR operations including employee lifecycle and case management.
• Coordinate admin and logistic tasks with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Support onboarding, visits, travel arrangements, and facilities liaison.
