Job summary

JD Sports Malaysia is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive, People Rewards & Operations to manage payroll for retail staff (permanent and part-time), verify time and attendance, and work with HR Operations to collect payroll documents. You will maintain the e-leave system, monitor medical benefits, and ensure accurate statutory contributions.

We value prior HR administration across Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand, with strong organisational and communications skills to support store-level HR

Qualifications

• Process payroll for retail staff (permanent and part-time).
• Maintain the e-leave system and leave data.
• Record and monitor medical benefit utilization.
• Liaise with government departments on payroll regulations.
• Submit statutory contributions after payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for retail staff (permanent and part-time).
• Check and calculate store employees’ time and attendance data.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to obtain payroll documents from Retail team.
• Maintain e-leave system and support Store Managers with leave data.
• Record medical benefit utilization for store employees.
• Submit statutory contributions after payroll processing.
• Maintain HR filing and employee records after each payroll.
• Liaise with government departments on payroll regulations.
• Liaise with payroll vendors on payroll issues.
