Job summary

Sports Direct Malaysia is looking for an HR Executive (Operations) to support performance management and HR processes for our growing team in Malaysia. The role covers staff movement, records, reporting, engagement, and payroll assistance.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in HR, 3+ years in HR generalist or TA, proficiency in MS Office, iPayroll, and HR2000, with discretion and integrity; fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required. Based at Persiaran Lagoon, Sunway City, Selangor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experiences as HR generalist or talent acquisition; retail experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, iPayroll, HR2000.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A team player, pro-active toward work, high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of performance management programs and administer confirmation review process.
• Responsible for staff movement including resignation, retirement and termination processing and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
• Responsible to ensure all personal files are updated and manage effectively.
• Ensure that all reports are accurate, well-structured and aligned with stakeholder requirements, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• To support and conduct employee engagement activities.
• To assist in talent acquisition process in advertising, sourcing potential candidates through various platforms and arranging interview.
• Assist in handling employees’ disciplinary matters and documentations as and when required.
• Support the payroll processing as necessary.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by manager as and when required.
