You will collaborate with clients to collect payroll details, help with recruitment tasks as needed, and support other HR activities based on business needs.

The role involves hands-on payroll duties, data accuracy, and coordination across HR functions within the Malaysia team.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Assist in monthly payroll preparation, salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Payroll Compliance: Support the preparation and administration of statutory payments and contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
• HR Administration: Manage employee records, attendance, leave, claims, and other HR-related documentation.
• Client Coordination: Liaise with clients to collect payroll information, clarify discrepancies, and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination when required.
• HR Support: Provide support for other HR functions based on business needs and individual experience.
