Job summary

Elitez Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Payroll & HR Administration professional to manage monthly payroll, onboarding, and HR records. You will prepare contracts, update payroll systems, and ensure accurate employee data while responding to enquiries with a professional service mindset.

You will maintain payroll tracking, generate reports, and support government claims and audits, ensuring timely and compliant HR operations for 150–200 employees.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of payroll processing or payroll administration experience.
• Ability to work professionally, independently and efficiently with a strong customer service mindset.
• Good team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with WhyzeHR is preferred.
• Able to manage payroll processing for 150–200 employees/headcount.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll including earnings, allowances, deductions and adjustments.
• Generate and submit monthly payroll reports and documents to Management, Finance and Clients.
• Respond to payroll-related enquiries from employees.
• Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation for new hires.
• Manage onboarding, payroll system updates and employee records.
• Maintain accurate employee information and respond to changes (promotion, transfer, resignation).
• Prepare and submit IR21 tax clearance forms for foreign employees.
• Prepare HR letters (increment, promotion, termination, bonus).
• Maintain payroll tracking sheets and reports (Payroll Tracking Excel, Master List).
• Upload payroll records to designated Google Drive folders.
• Support government claims, audit queries and wage schemes with documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HR service standards and timelines.
• Perform other HR and admin duties as assigned.
