Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in HR operations or shared services, ideally in fintech or tech.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data governance, and HR systems.
• Proven track record in process improvement and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR operational processes including onboarding, data management, movements and offboarding.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance for payroll input and reconciliations.
• Drive system governance, data integrity, and automation initiatives.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and lifecycle events.
• Deliver HR metrics, dashboards, and board-ready reporting.
