Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or a related support role.
• Experience in HRIS, timesheet administration, and employee records management is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate document stamping activities and ensure proper filing and record management of HR-related documents.
• Manage timesheet data entry and administration for subsidiaries, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records.
• Assist in HR reporting, workforce analytics, and data management to support business and management reporting requirements.
• Facilitate employee lifecycle administration, including confirmation of employment, inter-company/inter-department transfers, and associated employee record updates.
• Ensure timely maintenance of HR systems and employee data while adhering to established procedures and controls.
• Support ongoing HR operational initiatives, projects, and process improvement activities as required.
