Job summary

You'll coordinates onboarding/offboarding, assist with probation reviews, and support 360° surveys and performance cycles. Fresh graduates with internships are encouraged to apply and you will work in a structured, data-driven HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years in HR ops, analytics, or reporting preferred.
• Fresh grads with internships/projects welcome.

Responsibilities

• Collect, maintain, and validate HR data across trackers and reports.
• Prepare recurring HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Revamp and standardize HR data trackers to build a central analytics repository.
• Surface insights for HRBPs to enable faster diagnostics.
• Maintain up-to-date organizational charts with monthly updates.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain records.
• Support probation reviews and exit analyses as applicable.
• Assist with 360° surveys during probation and performance cycles.
• Provide admin support for performance management and rewards cycles.
• Assist in documenting templates, processes, and governance.
