Job summary

JLL Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced People Experience Partner to drive the People Strategy and operations across the talent lifecycle. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence and HR Business Services to meet strategic business needs in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include talent management, workforce planning, engagement, and HR analytics while advocating for full HR service delivery and compliant, high-impact HR programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8-12 years HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering or Employee Relations.
• Experience supporting senior executives and dispersed populations.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support People Experience Partner in designing and executing people strategy aligned with business priorities and P&L objectives.
• Build strong relationships with business leadership and client stakeholders through regular reviews.
• Identify opportunities and issues and develop sustainable HR solutions.
• Manage talent cycles including performance management, compensation planning and succession planning.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and TA to drive efficient recruiting and reduce time-to-fill.
• Support HR operations, data accuracy, and HR technology utilization.
