The role requires deep market knowledge in Malaysia, strong Mandarin communication, and a minimum of five years in relevant sales; local residency in Penang is preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Malaysia market and distribution channels in EV, energy storage, and industrial manufacturing.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency as working language; strong sales communication and organization.
• Local candidates in Penang preferred; valid driver’s license preferred.
• 5+ years in relevant sales, preferably in electronic components (relays, modules, switches).
• Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market promotion of Hongfa Group products in Malaysia, including core product lines.
• Develop key accounts, negotiate, track orders and payments for EV/new energy sectors; build long-term partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, boost satisfaction and brand reputation; coordinate with HQ and technical teams to resolve issues.
