You will promote gas supply, chemical delivery, cleanroom, MEP and factory engineering solutions, build strong customer relationships, and lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, supported by market

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales, business development, or key-account management experience in an industrial or engineering environment.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, gas and chemical, MEP, renewable-energy equipment, EPC, or factory engineering is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to understand engineering concepts, technical drawings, project specifications, and customers' technical requirements.
• Experience preparing quotations, tenders, commercial proposals, and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities in the semiconductor, renewable-energy battery, pharmaceutical, data-centre, precision manufacturing, and other high-tech industries.
• Promote the company's gas supply, chemical delivery, cleanroom, MEP, equipment, and factory engineering solutions.
• Identify potential projects through market research, customer engagement, industry networking, and channel development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, agents, and business partners.
• Understand customers' technical and commercial requirements and coordinate with engineering and project teams to develop suitable solutions.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, tender documents, presentations, and commercial submissions.
• Participate in contract negotiations covering pricing, payment terms, project scope, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial conditions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial customer contact and opportunity qualification to contract award and payment collection.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts, project updates, and market reports to management.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer demand, and upcoming industrial projects.
