Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a regional project sales professional to drive expansion across Penang and the Northern Region. You will secure product specifications and tender wins, building long-term relationships with architects, developers, and contractors.

In this role you will present sanitary solutions, support tender processes, and coordinate with distributors to ensure timely deliveries while tracking progress in the CRM system. A strong network in the Northern Region is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of project sales or business development experience in building materials.
• Familiarity with Northern Region property developers, architects, or contractors.
• Strong communication, customer-handling, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect upcoming commercial, residential, and hotel refurbishment projects in Penang.
• Present sanitary solutions to architects, interior designers, and consultants for spec-in.
• Follow up on project tenders with main contractors, M&E contractors, and plumbers.
• Support clients with sample presentations, technical mock-ups, and quotation reviews.
• Collaborate with local distributors and dealers to coordinate prompt delivery schedules.
• Track pipeline status, weekly site visits, and sales progress using the CRM system.
