Randstad Malaysia is seeking a project sales professional to drive sales for building materials across developing projects. You will actively engage architects, contractors, and specifiers to turn leads into closed sales.

You will present products, coordinate delivery schedules, and monitor client payments while maintaining an active CRM with regular updates. The role offers a structured incentive scheme and strong team support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of project sales experience in building materials or construction products.
• Basic network with local architects, developers, or main contractors.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Identify upcoming development projects and build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Engage architects, interior designers, and consultants to secure product specification.
• Work closely with main contractors, M&E contractors, and plumbers to close tenders.
• Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and technical walkthroughs for clients.
• Coordinate project delivery schedules and follow up on client payments.
• Track project stages and update sales activities regularly in the CRM system.
