Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma and above.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu, with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; customer service experience will be an added advantage.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Penang Island.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
