Job summary

Teleperformance Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Non-Voice Customer Support Representative to handle live chat and email inquiries in Mandarin and English. You will resolve issues, document interactions, and escalate complex cases while delivering high-quality service.

This role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, a minimum qualification of SPM/ Diploma/ Degree, and the ability to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking) and able to communicate in English.
• Strong written communication and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via live chat and email in Mandarin and English.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns using internal systems and knowledge bases.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
