Job summary

GEA Westfalia Separator (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Administrator Payroll Services to join our Kuala Lumpur team on a full-time basis. You will support payroll operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide excellent service to our workforce.

The role requires experience in payroll administration and strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll regulations. You will liaise with internal teams and external authorities to ensure accurate compensation and timely filings.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration in a manufacturing/tech context is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian payroll laws including EPF, SOCSO, PCB.
• Proficiency with payroll software and MS Excel for data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for all employees with accurate calculations and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and employee databases ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Calculate and administer EPF, SOCSO, PCB and PCB deductions.
