Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia seeks a payroll administrator to handle monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and maintain employee records. You will support bonuses, increments, and performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely payments and policy implementation.

The role requires 1–3 years of payroll experience and knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, with English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency as a must.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

Responsibilities

• Monthly payroll administration and related payments.
• Ensure statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) are paid timely.
• Manage and update employee records.
• Process bonuses, increments and promotions timely.
• Assist in annual performance appraisals.
• Support salary surveys and reviews for competitiveness.
• Assist in creating and implementing compensation & benefits policies.
• Keep pay scales and pay setting guides up to date.
• Assist in KPI exercises and Collective Agreement mandates.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
