Job summary

HID Global is seeking an experienced India & APAC Payroll Lead to manage end-to-end India payroll, transition from ADP to an in-house BIPO platform, and provide backup support for APAC payroll. The role demands deep India payroll knowledge, statutory compliance, and payroll transformation experience within a multinational shared services setup.

The candidate will collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, and vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing, strong audit trails, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 8+ years in payroll, with India payroll responsibility
• Experience leading payroll transformation or insourcing projects
• In-depth knowledge of India payroll legislation, taxation, and labor laws

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end India payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead ADP-to-BIPO transition and related testing, data validation, and cutover activities
• Governance, controls, and compliance across Indian payroll
• Own payroll reconciliations, month-end accounting, and reporting
