Job summary

HID Global is seeking an experienced India Payroll Lead to manage end-to-end India payroll within the APAC Shared Services framework. The role oversees the transition from ADP to an in-house payroll model using BIPO and serves as a backup for APAC payroll leadership where needed.

You will require deep India payroll expertise, strong compliance knowledge, and hands-on payroll transformation experience in a multinational setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ payroll experience with India payroll responsibility.
• Experience leading payroll transformations or insourcing projects.
• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll legislation and tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end India payroll operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Act as payroll SME for India, governance, and controls.
• Oversee the transition from ADP to in-house payroll using BIPO.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax and vendors to resolve issues.
• Provide escalation support and maintain audit trails.
