Job summary

HID Global is seeking a Payroll Specialist for India & APAC to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery within APAC Shared Services. You will help transition payroll from ADP to an in-house BIPO model, support payroll processing, statutory compliance, and payroll accounting, and back up other APAC countries when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years hands-on India payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of India payroll legislation and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end India payroll operations for timely deliveries.
• Validate payroll inputs such as hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, and updates.
• Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations, and audit checks before finalization.
• Support payroll approvals, salary disbursements, and statutory payments.
• Assist with employee payroll queries and maintain audit trails.
• Contribute to payroll transformation and data validation projects as required.
