Job summary

HID Global is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist for India & APAC to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery across the region. You will support the transition of payroll from ADP to an in-house BIPO model and handle payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll accounting, and employee queries in a multinational shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years' hands-on India payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of India payroll legislation, taxation, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers, preferably ADP.
• Experience supporting payroll implementation or migration projects is advantageous.
• Multinational or shared services payroll experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support accurate, compliant, and timely end-to-end India payroll operations.
• Validate payroll inputs such as hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, incentives, and updates.
• Perform payroll calculations, reconciliations, validations, and audit checks.
• Support payroll approvals, salary disbursements, statutory payments, and settlements.
• Handle employee payroll queries with timely resolution and documentation.
• Maintain payroll records and audit trails.
