Chua Song Seng Group of Companies in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR professional to manage full payroll, recruitment, and HR administration. You will handle payroll processing, monthly reports, and statutory submissions while maintaining employee records and supporting HR policies.

Fresh graduates are welcome. You will also assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and day-to-day HR tasks in a busy environment in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in HR or Business Administration.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysia Labour Law.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full payroll processing including wages, bonuses and deductions.
• Prepare monthly payroll and leave reports accurately.
• Liaise with statutory bodies for monthly submissions.
• Maintain employee records in HR database and filing system.
• Assist in recruitment: postings, shortlisting, interviews and offers.
• Conduct orientation for new staff on HR policies and handbook.
• Administer HR processes and employee exit interviews.
• Advise on employment, disciplinary issues and HR-related concerns.
• Assist in training and development.
• Administration: insurance, security, tenancy, events, stationery.
