Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of HR/payroll experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle employees’ master data and time management for Japan.
• Ensure master and time data are updated accurately for payroll processing.
• Provide timely updates and participate in daily data entry processing.
• Generate and process weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc master data and time reports.
• Assist department coordinator/recruiter/Site HR with day-to-day master data and time management tasks.
• Support employees’ queries and resolve cases in ServiceNow.
• Maintain filing system for audit compliance.
• Perform system testing for configuration changes, upgrades or legal changes.
