Job summary

Celestica, Inc. is seeking a Payroll & HR administrator in Penang to manage attendance data, payroll processing, and Thailand payroll support. You will resolve employee queries via ServiceNow and assist with HRIS reporting in a dynamic, global setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of payroll and Thai language is required.
• Knowledge of legislation impacting HR management.
• Knowledge of local HRIS systems and report writing.
• Good public presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees time and attendance data entries (shift changes, OT requests).
• Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and adhoc attendance reports.
• Handle termination payroll and month-end payroll processes.
• Support employees queries and resolve cases raised in ServiceNow.
• Perform system testing for config changes, upgrades, or legal changes.
• Handle Thailand payroll processes.
