Celestica Inc. in Penang is seeking an Associate, Payroll & HR Services who will handle employees’ master data and time management for Japan, ensuring accurate payroll data and timely daily updates. The role requires Japanese communication and SAP familiarity.

The position supports HR operations, handles reporting, and assists with service desk queries while maintaining compliant filing and data integrity.

Qualificações

• Significant knowledge of government legislation impacting HR management.
• Significant knowledge of company HR policies and practices, labor movement, arbitration proceedings.
• Able to communicate and write in Japanese is required as applicants will deal with Japan's stakeholders or employees.
• Ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal customers.
• Ability to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for timely completion.
• Knowledge of computer applications including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in SAP is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handling of employees’ master data and time management for Japan.
• Ensure employees’ Personnel Master and Time related data are updated accurately for payroll processing.
• Provide timely updates and participate in daily data entry processing.
• Generate and process weekly, monthly, ad-hoc Employees Master data and Time management related reports.
• Assist department coordinator/recruiter/Site HR with day-to-day Employees Master data & Time management responsibilities.
• Support employees’ queries and resolve cases raised in ServiceNow.
• Ensure filing system accurately for audit compliance.
• Perform system testing for system configuration changes, upgrades or legal changes.
