Job summary

Jie Business Sdn Bhd (Formerly known as Oppo Electronics Sdn Bhd) is seeking a detail-oriented HR Junior Executive to manage payroll processes, attendance monitoring, and data analysis. The role involves reviewing payroll reports, maintaining accurate employee records, and handling day-to-day HR tasks with minimal supervision.

You will support payroll accuracy, provide payroll advice, and respond to employee HR queries while contributing to timely HR operations and documentation in the HR system.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration or equivalent.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in payroll are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Check and monitor employees' attendance, claims, leave in HR system.
• Ensure employees' movement are processed on time (e.g., Confirmations, transfers, resignations, etc).
• Review and verify payroll related reports submitted by regional HR.
• Ensure payroll completed timely and accurate.
• Provide appropriate payroll advice.
• Payroll Data Analysis: Analyze payroll summary report from Regional HR.
• Prepare and compare monthly reports - Employees' salary data analysis, average cost per headcount and variance reports by regional.
• Update and maintain employees' records in HR system.
• Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and transactions.
• Ensure documents and reports are filled in an orderly and timely manner.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties such as filing, documentation, letter preparation, updating and maintaining staff's personal data.
• Handling employee queries regarding HR related matters.
