Job summary

Tech Harvest Capital in Penang invites a Junior Human Resource Associate (Payroll) to join our team. The role handles employee overtime, leaves, and claims, processes client payroll each cycle, and prepares reports for management.

You will manage statutory contributions like EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and ZAKAT, submit registrations, and liaise with clients on HR matters. A bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required, with a proactive, accurate approach to payroll tasks.

Qualifications

• Manage monthly overtime, leaves, claims, resignations and related HR tasks.
• Process payroll for companys client every pay period.
• Complete payroll reports for managerial review.
• Answer client questions about wages, deductions and payroll matters.
• Manage payments for statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, ZAKAT).
• Check and submit Employer Registration documents for EPF and PERKESO.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly overtime, leaves, and claims.
• Process payroll for client every pay period.
• Prepare payroll reports for managerial review.
• Respond to client inquiries about wages and deductions.
• Ensure timely payment of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, ZAKAT).
• Submit EPF/PERKESO Employer Registration documents.
• Coordinate with clients on HR matters.
