Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll and HR administration. The role requires handling monthly payroll, statutory contributions, and accurate HRIS data.

You will ensure compliance with Malaysia employment laws, prepare employment letters, and manage foreign employee documentation including work permits and EA forms.

Qualifications

• Contains end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews and selection.
• Experience in payroll and statutory contributions processing.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and system data.
• Experience with Malaysia employment laws and payroll/tax requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews and selection.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and required employment documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
• Payroll & Compensation: manage monthly payroll, allowances, claims and reimbursements.
• Prepare statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Ensure payroll records are accurate and processed on time.
• HR Administration & Documentation: prepare HR letters and employment documents.
• Maintain personnel records, HR files and system records.
• Coordinate staff uniforms, accommodation and other HR matters.
• Compliance & Statutory Reporting: ensure compliance with Malaysia employment laws and company policies.
• Manage government submissions and annual employee tax documents (EA Forms).
• Manage employment matters for foreign employees and work permit applications.
• Employee Relations & Investigations: support investigations and HR policy advice.
• Resolve workplace concerns and maintain positive employee relations.
