Job summary

TK Elevator in Malaysia is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage monthly payroll, verify attendance, overtime, and deductions, and maintain HRIS payroll data. The role requires handling end-to-end payroll for 200+ employees and ensuring statutory compliance under Malaysian law.

You will process annual increments, bonuses, and back-pay adjustments, generate monthly payroll reports, and support audits and year-end activities with high attention to detail and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience handling payroll for 200+ employees is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions, unpaid leave, and salary adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and employee payroll data in HRIS.
• Process final salary calculations for resigned employees.
• Administer annual salary increment, bonus, incentive, and back-pay adjustments.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory contributions and taxes.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and support year-end activities.

Payroll Administration

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within stipulated deadlines.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions, unpaid leave, and salary - adjustments.
• Maintain payroll records and employee payroll data in HRIS.
• Process final salary calculations for resigned employees.
• Administer annual salary increment, bonus, incentive, and back-pay adjustments.

Statutory Compliance

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of:
  • EPF
  • SOCSO
  • EIS
  • PCB / Income Tax
  • HRD Corp Levy
• Prepare payroll-related reports and statutory returns.
• Support annual EA Form preparation and year-end payroll activities.

Employee Benefits Administration

• Process employee overtime and allowance claims.
• Coordinate employee loans, advances, and salary deductions.

Payroll Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly payroll reports, overtime analysis, and headcount reports.
• Reconcile payroll records and investigate discrepancies.

Audit & Documentation

• Maintain payroll records with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with Employment Act and company requirements.
