Job summary

Titan Force Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is recruiting a Security Deployment Supervisor to plan and manage the allocation of Security Guards/Officers to sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements.

You will supervise daily operations, monitor attendance, coordinate with management and clients, and maintain logs, reports, and site records in line with SOPs.

This role emphasizes strong communication, incident handling, and timely updates on operations to sustain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements when required.
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of security personnel in compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording in accordance with DAHR procedures.
• Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters.
• Ensure log books, reports, and site records are maintained, updated, and submitted for verification within required timelines.
• Oversee incident management with prompt response, proper handling, and full compliance with reporting procedures.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports, ensuring documentation meets required standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, operations teams, and clients on all security-related matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and timely updates on operations and incidents.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, duty rosters, and weekly timesheets to management.

Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters. Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, operations teams, and clients on all security-related matters.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage deployment of Security Guards/Officers to assigned sites, ensuring adequate staffing and timely replacements when required

Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline of security personnel in compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Ensure accurate and timely attendance recording in accordance with Daily Attendance Hourly Reporting (DAHR) procedures

Supervise daily operations and promptly resolve personnel issues including scheduling, welfare, training, and operational matters

Ensure all log books, reports, and site records are properly maintained, updated, and submitted for verification within required timelines

Oversee incident management by ensuring prompt response, proper handling, and full compliance with reporting procedures

Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports, ensuring all documentation meets required standards and is submitted accordingly

Coordinate and communicate effectively with management, operations teams, and clients on all security-related matters

Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and timely updates on operations and incidents

Prepare and submit operational reports, duty rosters, and weekly timesheets to management

About you

Conduct regular site audits to ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and operational efficiency

Train, guide, and support security personnel to ensure effective performance and adherence to company standards
