Job summary

TITAN FORCE SDN BHD is seeking an Operations Executive in Kuala Lumpur to oversee daily administrative tasks within the operations department, including attendance updates, rostering, and submitting monthly operation documents to HR. The role also involves coordinating with HR for staff assignments and supporting cross-department communications.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's/Diploma in Management, are fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and have at least 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Management is required or preferred.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential.
• At least 1 year of working experience in administration/operations.
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Accessible by public transport (MRT/LRT/Bus) and walking distance to amenities.

Responsibilities

• Update Operation Staff and Guard attendance daily/weekly.
• Prepare working duty roster schedule for Operation Staff.
• Prepare and submit monthly operation documentation to HR.
• Assist HR to assign Officers for Fomema arrangements.
• Bring new guards to open bank accounts.
• Cooperate with departments to communicate and handle matters.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Responsible for the daily administrative operations for the operation department, including preparation of documentation for guards regarding operation matters and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

Update Operation Staff and Guard attendance on a daily/weekly basis

Prepare working duty roster schedule for Operation Staff

Prepare and submit monthly operation documentation such as deduction listing, penalty listing, and attendance to HR Department

Assist HR Department to assign suitable Patrolling Officer/Officer in Charge for Fomema arrangement

Bring new guards to open bank accounts

Cooperate with various departments to communicate and deal with matters

Perform any other task as assigned by superior from time to time

About you

Bachelor/Diploma in Management

Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

At least 1 year of working experience

Fresh graduates with internship experiences are encouraged to apply
