Job summary

Nation Success Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations in Malaysia. You will be the first point of contact for employees on terms, benefits, attendance, and policies, while maintaining confidential records.

You will coordinate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, handle payroll and statutory submissions, and liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
• Experience in recruitment and general HR operations.
• Experience with HR2000 payroll systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for employees on terms, benefits, and policies.
• Prepare and maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Support employee relations matters with confidentiality.
• Manage foreign worker documentation, work permits, and visas.
• Coordinate immigration matters and government liaison.
• Handle payroll and statutory administration duties.
