Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in HR/BA or related field.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills are required.
• Experience with payroll software and statutory filings.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end payroll administration for clients, ensuring accurate processing and timely payouts.
• Prepare and remit monthly salaries and statutory contributions (KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN).
• Maintain and update employee records for clients and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Update new-hire registrations and resignations on statutory portals and tax filings (CP22, CP21, CP21A).
• Prepare supplier payment listings and upload to banks for clients.
• Collect and analyse sales data and prepare invoices for clients.
• Submit for client licenses/permits renewals with government agencies and local authorities.
