Job summary

CHARDIKALA LOGISTICS SDN BHD is seeking a payroll coordinator to manage payroll and compensation processes in Malaysia. You will collect time sheets, calculate hours and deductions, and ensure tax compliance using payroll software.

The role requires a degree in HR management and at least 6 months of payroll processing experience, supporting management with accurate payroll reporting and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Payroll, compensation & benefits, HR or a similar role.
• Minimum 6 months experience in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets.
• Calculate working hours, benefits and deductions.
• Prepare employee compensation checks using payroll software and ensure tax compliance.
• Schedule electronic payments and distribute physical paychecks.
• Generate and maintain payroll reports for management.
• Address employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
• Enter new employee data into the company database.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
