Job summary

TITAN FORCE SDN BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Payroll Clerk to manage employee payroll and compensation processes, including collecting time sheets, calculating hours, deductions, and ensuring tax compliance through payroll software. You will process time sheets, prepare compensation checks, schedule payments, generate payroll reports, and answer staff questions on pay, benefits and deductions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Payroll, compensation & benefits, HR or a similar role.
• Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process daily, weekly, and monthly employee time sheets.
• Calculate working hours, benefits and deductions.
• Prepare employee compensation checks using payroll software and ensure tax compliance.
• Schedule electronic payments and distribute physical paychecks.
• Generate and maintain payroll reports for management.
• Address employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions.
• Enter new employee data into the company database.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
