秦皇岛中秦渤海轮毂(马来西亚)有限公司 (Sinolion Wheels Technology Sdn.Bhd.) is seeking a Payroll & HR Officer to manage the monthly payroll cycle and ensure accurate statutory submissions in Malaysia. The role requires at least 2 years of payroll/HR experience and strong Excel skills.
You will handle end-to-end payroll, manage records, respond to employee inquiries and support onboarding, resignations and HR administration. Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.
Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process, including salary calculation, allowances, overtime, deductions, unpaid leave and other payroll adjustments.
Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave, claims and other payroll-related information before processing.
Prepare and process statutory contributions and submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
Prepare monthly payroll reports, payroll summaries and other HR-related reports for management review.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, personal information and salary data.
Handle employee enquiries relating to salary, payslips, deductions, overtime, leave and other payroll matters.
Assist with new employee onboarding, resignation, termination and final salary calculations.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of payroll and HR records for audit and compliance purposes.
Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
Liaise with relevant government agencies and external parties on payroll and statutory matters when required.
Support HR administration, employee benefits, insurance, leave management and other HR activities.
Assist in HR audits, payroll reconciliation and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
Perform other HR duties and projects as assigned by the management.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll and HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of Malaysian payroll practices and statutory requirements.
Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and Employment Act 1955.
Experience with HRIS/payroll software is an added advantage.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with payroll data and reports.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and confidentiality.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines and handle sensitive employee information.
Good communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
