Job summary

Vistra in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Specialist reporting to the Manager to join our Payment & Treasury team on a full-time permanent basis. You will be involved in payment operations, cash management, and bank remittance with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and offers intensive on-the-job training, a hybrid working arrangement after probation, and exposure to regional activities including Japan client support.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply and receive intensive on-the-job training.
• Degree in Business Management or related field.
• Experience in fund/corporate payment processing and cash management.
• Familiar with Japan bank system (MUFG, SMBC, Mizuho) is a plus.
• Strong time management, ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
• Meticulous and able to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle payment operations: setting up payments, cash management, and remittance in client portals according to procedures.
• Coordinate with client and banks for bank account management and related tasks (opening, signatories, KYC, etc.).
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and respond to queries in a timely manner per SLA/Turn-Around Time.
• Provide support to stakeholders in the Japan office regarding payment and cash management work.
• Support timely completion of internal and external audits.
