Job summary

Vistra in Malaysia is seeking an Associate to join the Payment & Treasury team, based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru. You will support fund operations, cash management, and client-bank interactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

You’ll work under strict SLAs, handle multiple tasks, and collaborate across teams. A degree in business or banking is required with strong English communication and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Experience in fund operations, payments, cash management and treasury bank account handling.
Strong knowledge of KYC documentation and processes.
Excellent English communication and ability to manage client-bank relationships.

Responsibilities

Set up and initiate payments and cash management in client portals or payment platforms following procedures.
Coordinate with clients and banks on bank account opening, signatories, KYC reviews, and related tasks.
Manage client cash book updates, capital calls and other duties assigned by Manager/Team Lead.
Maintain day-to-day client relationships and respond to queries within SLA/TAT.
Support timely completion of internal and external audits.
