Job summary

KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a clinic receptionist to support daily operations. You will register patients through the system, open new folders, verify guarantee letters, and assist patients with PDPA consent forms.

You will explain patient and family rights, ensure accurate appointment handling, and help coordinate referrals and rooming. You will maintain records, support 5S and safety initiatives, and help with general clerical tasks across services.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at the clinic through the system and open new folders.
• Verify the guarantee letter of the patient.
• Assist patients in signing PDPA and consent treatment forms.
• Explain patient and family rights.
• Explain appointment processes and manage booking.
• Maintain patient attending records and dispatch folders.
