Job summary

Smile-Link DSO Sdn Bhd, Malaysia's first Dental Support Organisation, is hiring a Patient Care Executive to welcome patients, register them and guide their visit with clarity and courtesy. You will handle cash receipts, explain treatment fees and coordinate bookings while maintaining privacy and PDPA compliance.

Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of front counter, registration, cashiering or customer service experience.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger and digital messaging.
• Good spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and care for patients at the counter.
• Receive, register and guide patients through their visit with clarity, courtesy and patience.
• Explain treatment fees, payment options and documentation in plain language.
• Handle cashiering, receipting, daily collections and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Respond to patient enquiries on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and other social channels.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, reminders and rescheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality and PDPA compliance.
• Coordinate patient flow between reception, dental assistants and dentists.
• Escalate patient concerns and follow through until resolved.
