• Computer literate and proficient in office software and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and register patients and customers upon arrival.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, Live Chat and other channels.
• Process service requests and resolve issues or complaints to closure.
• Collect and verify patient information for accurate records.
• Provide instructions on check-ups, tests, procedures, and billing.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth patient flow and privacy.
