Job summary

SEG International Bhd is seeking a Dental Surgery Assistant/Customer Care Executive in Malaysia to support dental clinicians and manage patient care. The role combines nursing and administrative tasks, guiding patients through treatment decisions and ensuring smooth appointment, billing, and payment processes.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in a relevant field, have at least 2 years of dental experience, and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Diploma in relevant field.
• At least 2 years working experience in dental area.
• Speaks reasonably well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Hands on experience in providing support and assistance to dentists.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing and administrative duties and assist doctors as part of the clinical care.
• Listen to customer's concerns, offer reassurance, and help them make informed choices.
• Help patients understand and commit to their treatment plans.
• Address customer's objections, provide solutions, and highlight the benefits of timely treatment.
• Perform clinical tasks and assist dentists during treatments by handling tools and materials.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients on appointment booking, invoicing and payment.
• Confidently explain procedures, answer questions, and address patient concerns.
• Manage customer sales related matters.
